Market Snapshot: It MAY not feel like spring with the current cool temperatures but the real estate stats for April are a sure sign that spring is in the air! Three signs we’re in a seller’s market: inventory is down to less than two months stock, the average sale price has increased over the past four months and we are seeing multiple offers again in some areas.
